Return Policy

You can return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please keep your packing slip or confirmation email as proof of purchase.

You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase. All refunds issued will be for the product purchase price, exclusive of taxes and fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: Refunds can sometimes take a little while to appear. Please review your recent transactions.

  2. Review Your Bank’s Policy: Different banks have varying processing times. If it’s still pending, it may just need more time to be posted.

Replacement

If you select a replacement product instead of a refund, you may select a product of equal or lesser value.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
