Dose
- Shake well before each use. Adults take 2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) daily with or without food, either directly or mixed into water or juice. May be taken as two dosages, 1 Tablespoon (1/2 fluid ounce) twice daily. Not formulated for children. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
- Do not take it if you are pregnant or nursing. If you have a kidney disorder, hypercalcemia, or hypercalciuria, or if you are taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use.
- Do not take with other Vitamin D-containing supplements.
- Keep out of reach of children.
